Compass Boutique Returns/Exchanges Policy:

We want you to love every purchase, however, we understand if something doesn’t work out. Let us do our best to make it right & make communication as easy as possible.

All website correspondence must be directed to our email at support@compassboutique.com Contact us with all requests within 5 days of receiving your order including your full name, order number & the request information.

All online orders must be returned via the instructions below:

 

Returns

*Items purchased online that are in their original condition & packaging, which have not been used, worn, or laundered & still have original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of the date received. Correspondence of your return must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

*Upon our inspection; any traces of wear, including but not limited to, hair (including pet hair), makeup, perfume, deodorant, or similar product stains, smoke, or other odors will void refund eligibility.

*Once the item is received & approved, we will notify you via email & issue the refund to the original payment method.

*Items returned that do not meet the above criteria for approval are unsaleable. The item(s) will be held for 10 days & if not claimed, will be donated to charity or discarded.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is at the customers expense.

*Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

*Some items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:

- Seasonal Items

- Gift Cards

- "Outlet Sale" Section; all items in this section are final sale. (Sale & Bargain Bin)

- Other items may be “final sale” on a case-by-case basis – look for “final sale” in the item’s product description.

 

Return Process At-A-Glance:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@compassboutique.com. Include your full name, order number, items being returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. Enclose the item(s) in a secure package with the original packing slip
  3. We will contact you with the return instructions & mailing address.

*When returning merchandise please consider using a trackable shipping method to guarantee receipt.

 

Damaged/Defective items:

  1. Please carefully examine upon receipt & report damaged items within 5 days of delivery.
  2. If an item is damaged, include a photo of the damage/defect in an email to support@compassboutique.com indicate “Damaged” in the subject line. We must receive the damage email within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  3. A shipping label will be provided for damaged/defective merchandise.
  4. If an item appears to be damaged in shipment, please keep all packaging & notify us immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping provider. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen shipment.
  5. Items worn, washed, or altered do not qualify for refund or replacement.
  6. Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting or computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These variations are not considered defects or flaws & therefore are not treated as such.

     

    Laundering:

    Please Note: We strive to select quality clothing items that launder well; however, manufacturers laundering instructions must be followed carefully. Compass Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by individual laundering processes.

     

    Exchanges:

    Our inventory changes frequently, to ensure item availability place a new order online for your desired item. Follow our return instructions for the item you wish to return. We will issue a refund once the merchandise is received & inspected. Exchanges will incur a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee for the new merchandise to be shipped to you.

     

    When to expect my refund:

    Refunds are processed once a return has been inspected & complete, and will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days to process once we have received your return. If you have any questions please contact us.

    E-Gift Cards:

     

    * E-Gift Cards are available through the website.

     

    Gifts:

    Return policy guidelines apply, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@compassboutique.com.

    *If the item(s) were noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your return (unless the item is noted as final sale). Once the returned item(s) is/are received & inspected, an E-Gift Card will be sent to you. Shipping charges may apply.
